GCC Aero is an Aerospace Engineering Firm that specializes in designing and manufacturing smartly designed, high quality, cost-effective helicopter mission systems, including hoists, Fast Rope Systems, Ground Support Equipment, as well as Equipment Mounting and Carrying Structures. Our team of experts has decades of experience in the field, and we strive to provide cutting-edge solutions for our customers, ensuring that they can perform their missions safely and effectively.

We are a small group of professionals with extensive experience and expertise in Engineering, Aviation and Manufacturing. Our unique mix of expertise and experience allows us to undertake projects from Conception to Production.

From the first line drawn on paper at a brainstorming session, through the design and analysis process, to the prototype test and product delivery, we are engaged in a continuous and intensive process aimed at bringing to market innovative, reliable and cost-effective mission systems.
We are proud of working with and supporting helicopter OEM's, Completion Centers, Operators and Service Centers in the US and Europe. While our primary area of activity is the design and development of Helicopter Mission Systems and Ground Support Equipment, we also provide expert services in computer aided design and analysis, project management, prototyping and qualification testing.
